Projects

I shot, produced and coordinated a special collaboration between visual and music artists "Automartin" and fashion designer Evangelina Bomparola. On set, we shot simultaneously with 4 cameras (one of which was a 3d camera). The event will happen on May 20th, combining both hand-tailored luxury clothing style with Automartin's visual and musical artistic way of depicting it.

This montage film was performed during an intensive 4-week filmmaking workshop at the New York Film Academy. Here I widened my skills on AVID for editing, DaVinci for color correction and ProTools for sound mixing.

Inspired on recurrent dreams that I had during lockdown and by my Film Direction III professors, this short attempts to play with formats in audiovisual terms (a screen being recorded), and in conscious terms (the dream being experienced again once awake).

This project was deeply inspired by a previous assignment called City View. This time, our Film Direction III professors asked us to try and explore our surroundings a bit further, deeper, taking into account that quarantine was slowly allowing us that possibility.

At 16 years-old, I spent my summer holidays working as a production runner for the feature film "Super Crazy". I was involved during the film's pre-production and shooting.

"Untitled 03" - An assignment performed for Audiovisual Techniques I which consisted on using diverse formats to display different previous assignments for the same subject. I composed the music specifically for this project.

With my own knowledges on Ableton Live software, this assignment consisted in constructing a sound-designed environment for Andy Warhol's "Campbell's Soup Cans".

A selection of films rearranged in a new (personal) way. The assignment consisted simply in presenting myself to my peers in my Audiovisual Techniques I class.

A Screenwriting II assignment performed during lockdown with old footage that I found in my camera and audio messages from my friends' thoughts on the quarantine context.

After completing a 3 month workshop on Ableton Live 10, I officially released on all streaming platforms my first music single "Suburban".

A short selection of many videos that I edited and designed the music for, which were destined to the brand's Instagram account (@ebomparola).

A 16mm short film in which I worked as head of the sound department. It has already been digitalized and is currently undergoing the color correction process.
